We were the co-organizers of the 2023 SiC Workshop, with more than 29 invited and keynote speakers and 66 attendees. This event was a success in bringing together industry and academic partners and brainstorming what the future of SiC and WBG materials and devices holds.

The paper investigates the reasons for lower Q factors in AlScN resonators and discusses various phonon scattering mechanisms. IEEE MEMS 2023 will be held in Munich, Germany in Jan. 2023.
